There is no post on RCU that is moderated before it is posted unless the member is on moderated status. Regarding why it was removedm I don't know the particulars in this particular case.
Marc, I don't know about being moderated but I do know about being blown off when I followed the rules and complained. When I had a problem and appealed directly to you, you referred me back to the guy who had blown me off originally. It suggests to me that you are too separated from from what's going on. As to particulars on the above, I have to presume you'll ask the guy(s) who have driven someone away. It may be a "Who watches the watchers?" situation.
