You need to take off the engine mounts, the clutch bell, clutch, & flywheel, & send just the engine back to them w/ all the info they ask for. After they get it, you should get the new motor in about a week. I just exchanged 2 VX .18 motors for 2 sh .18 motors & they just came this past Tuesday, Redcat's engine exchange program is the best.
