or buy a piece of 1xanything Oak. 1X material is actually 3/4" thick. Cut 4 pieces 1" square, drill a hole you are done.

That's what I like to use, I never understood the pine dowel thing, getting 4 EXACTLY the same thickness is tough.

I was flying mine yesterday, 60* weather

My friend asked if I could do more than one flop at a time, with the LS-50 I couldn't quite get a flop just not enough power,(waterfall is the real name I think). His WH Extra with a DA 50 can get one but it seams to fall out of it after that, well the Sukhoi with a Brillelli 366GT can do at least ten in a row, I'm new to this and chicken out early.
