Hey m8 welcome to the forums
the turns in motors represent rpm/speed
so a 27 turn (the silver one u have) down to lower turns which produce more power so a 15 turn will be faster than a 21 or 27 turn.
I had that ESC once and found setting up was a pain even after following the build book lol
In the end i didnt use the seperate battery holder and ran it straight from battery and it set sweet for me.
Also make sure ur radio trims are set maybe why the cut outs?
