Can't believe we are into another thread after being locked on the other one!! Anyway I have 2 DLs, the first one is a year old, probably at least 10 gallons through it and still goes like a train - 7200rpm on a 3W 23x8 on a KS Cannister. Second one has about 2 gallons and pulls about 7100rpm on a Menz 22x8, again on a KS cannister, both on synthetic now. First is the old version, second the new one.

Great engine, easy to use, repair and everyone who has seen mine are keen to get one. Unfortunately we don't have a dealer here, tried to set one up but couldn't make it pay with all the import duty etc. Would recommend this engine to anyone, especially if you don't have the ready cash for a quality engine like a DA.
