Same here! Why would you want to mix the elevator in? From my experience, the Hotspots do not pitch up or down with full speed brake deflection. Just fly it to the runway. It's distinct delta design makes it difficult to make nose high approaches if that's what you're after. Also, the up trim with speed brake may get you too draggy on the approach and out of options just when you decide you need more elevator deflection!
