I would use the one that comes with it and when it melts find one. Actually you can call them and ask for a applications specialist. Here are some... the right probe will last a long time..

There should be a source for this stuff in Madrid to but I would think it would be harder to find. We do have a sales person in Spain but they focus on petro chemical near Algecieras and other places.
