Default RE: Futaba 7c Fasst

Maybe it's just the servos and arms that I've been using over the years, but that is, after all, what sub-trim is for (if I'm not mistaken).

Every once and a while a servo arm will rest at 90 degrees at zero trim. But, more often than not (because of the splines or ridges) I can only get it so close, one way or the other, and have to fix it on the radio. If you want your elevators to sync with each other, I think you have to start here.

From what you are saying Sub-Trim Ailevator centering (and the rest of the items I mentioned) work fine. I wonder why he couldn't get it to work? Maybe he wasn't using chaneels 2 and 5? Where in the manual does it talk about using channels 2 and 5 for the Ailevators anyway?

Yes, I read that part ... I'll zero that "use your elevators as ailerons" crap out Sounds like some experimental 3D setup ... Have you ever seen it used?

Good to hear it's a solid radio link. At least as good as PCM on the 9Z huh?
