doh! i just bought a used 401 with the 9650 servo for $150 shipped, i also got 3 JR DS285 for $50 shipped. is that a good deal? Also how do i increase my head speed? i see it is at 100 percent on the THR curve.
The GY401 is a wonderful gyro. The digital 9650 provides very fast response. That is pretty much the perfect tail control setup.
I still think that you need to drop the pitch curve a little bit. You can try that out before the new gyro shows up. That way you are working with fewer variables at a time, and will know which change it was that corrected the behavior.
