butters, I would say you have enough headspeed and it appears that your pitch is not bad either.

The throttle hold would not affect your pitch, it simply keeps the motor from engaging if setup to do that (kind of a safety switch) or in gas heli's it is used to maintain a certain motor amount to run the heli out of fuel.
