I was thinking of making my own cryodrive shaft, just for fun. From there website, the comparative pics show 3 different shafts, Orginal, Vortex and Cryodrive. Using this pic as a linear scale, I figure the Cryodrive is about 22mm longer then the original.

Anyone one one and can confirm this for me?

I've picked up some 2mm piano wire (not as good at Ti, but it'll do for now) and I'm going to build myself a few prototypes to see how it flies in the wind (I'm bored of hovering around my garage!)
