Default BME Service - Disgusting

HELP, it's been over 3 months that I sent my engine to BME (October 16th to be exact), and Keith does not bother to reply to my emails, never picks up his phone and basically doesn't seem to care about his customers. All I ask for is communication, I live up North and cannot fly in winter so it is not a big deal - but hey some decency PLEASE. Not sure what to do - maybe take some legal action or sell the engine for a song and get my third DA.
Any feedback - has anyone got anything from him lately?
