MHester,
My original intention was to restrict this project to SPA-legal planes, but when doing my "research" I found that there are just too many fantastic, cool, great looking, famous, (insert your adjective here) classic pattern planes to limit it to SPA only. These pages are only three days old and I still have to add any descriptions I have. One of the tags I intend to add is to indicate SPA-Legal status. Is there a list of planes that qualify as BPA planes?
I appreciate your input and compliments, MHester.
Thanks!

BPA is a pretty wide open rule set. Anything under 72" and 1.2 engine size. Anything goes. The actual intent and flavor is the retract/pipe type of pattern planes, so anything from the SPA cut off through the switch to 4 stroke era qualifies. Tipos, UFOs, Auroras, Atlantas, EU1s, etc. Basically all the cool planes that aren't SPA legal
So if it doesn't qualify for SPA, as long as the wing span is under 72", it qualifies as a BPA plane. Generally speaking all of the SPA planes do as well.
