For the canister?

Any problem with me drilling a couple small 3/16 holes in the fiberglass tunnel and running the zip tie inside?, I will be using a small silicone pad between the can and the tunnel and some between the zip tie also. Reason for this is I found out tonight I am severely allergic to the fumes from the RTV and also to the touch ( airway and eyes swelled shut as well as blistered Skin on fingertips). I would rather not have the RTV on there at all because it's not something I can replace myself if I have someone else do it.

You might want to investegate a food grade silicone. It does not use the same chemicals to cure and it does not have any ordor and if you happen to swallow any - its ok. It does cost a little more though.
