The easy way is to drill a very small hole in the very center of the hub so you can just get a small phillip's screw driver in it to un-screw it.If the hole is going to bug you or ruin a particular look you want,then just use a little filler putty and repaint the hub.This method you don't dammage anything or have to replace anything.Just my opinion---BIGMIG
