Default RE: Engine size for Kaos

YOu should be pleased with that combo. Check your CG. I ran a Rossi 40 with a pipe and I really loved the aircraft flight performance. The coverening was another story altogether. Let us know how that works out. On My Kaos, even after following the directions by sealing the covering before the build, I had to use trim sheets on the seams of the covering. The pinstrips all came off after about 5 flights. The wing began to lose covering shortly thereafter. The horizonal stab came undone in flight.

I complained and Tower sent me trimsheets and pin stripes. I really loved that plane. I lost it when my radio locked out while making a turn into my downwind leg. it probably would have come out fine it it hadn't hit a lone fence post in the middle of the field just before hitting the ground.

Maybe I'll get another.
