It will be 5S. I have run this setup in the Extreme Flight Extra 300 on 14X8.5 and a 15X8 APCE props. My Extra had plenty of vertical at 6 lbs -5 ozs and was capable of having all the vertical performance and speed needed to fly the AMA Masters Sequence. I am using the Duralite F3A 5350ma packs that I am using on my 10S pattern plane(Beryll).
Joe,

Do me a favor and report back after your first flight, IMO 5S is not going to be enough to comfortably pull you through large manuevers or maintain strong uplines. I am not familiar with the motor you are using (I looked it up and they have great marketing hype but no specifics) but if it's an outrunner in the 290 - 330 v/rpm range, I just don't see how you will get acceptable performance with 5S. I am curious though as this motor says it will take 80 amps comfortably, perhaps they are onto something...
