Default RE: Wheeeeeeee.......... Blade CP!

LOL...biggest post you've had in a while. I don't see WHY you couldn't run the HHG off the T-Rex on the HBKII. I plan on throwing my #0704A on the 400. You'll see a heck of a difference in the way the HBKII handles...it's a LOT easier to control. I kinda think the telebee and the 0704A are about in the same leauge (low priced), and will perform equally as well. If that was Jacki flying the Blade.....doing pretty well till it screwed up. Looks like she's well on her way to getting better. I agree about having some forward trimmed in to force you into FF. I did that on my first few FF, it worked well. Now, If I let go of the sticks, it will just hover by it's self because I took the forward trim back out. Having forward trim forced me to do forward flight and banked turns and I learned quickly how to fly it when doing that so "you're all over it". I actually learned the FF trim on the CP-Pro, and it's how I figured out how to fly pattern around myself. The biggest problem I've had is what I call a "slideoff". I'll be flying and all sudden out of nowhere, it'll slide in a turn gaining momentum and I'll loose it (some of my worst crashes). Planks that are high wing are self correcting in nature....not these heli's. Not forgiving at all (LOL). I don't know if I'll just stick to the 400 or get another HBKII also...haven't decided yet. I'll know when the 400 gets here (actually seeing the physical size). I know it runs 290 something to 325mm main blades which is alot bigger than the 275mm's...not basement friendly hovering there.
