I would check your tail motor wire and make sure you never short circuited it.
I did that to mine by using a screw just a little longer than required, it shouldn't just fry unless it was short circuited.
If you bought it from you LHS take it there and they should be able to send it in for warranty, mine did
or contact heli max contact support.
