RE: BVM T33 CONVERSION
Hello
You can convert the T-33 with out to many problems but there are some issues to address.
Is this a new kit or has it been flown as a D/F.?
If its been flown as a D/F then the intake ducts will have to be removed and install new ones the size for a turbine bypass.
The main wing former should be added to for more strength or hoop in the former all the way around instead of leaving it open like a horse shoe.
Landing gear can also be updated for the newer gear like the ones used on the bandit, this is a lot of work however but worth the effort if you plan on flying the plane allot.
There are also some other ply formers that need to go in up front to install the turbine components.
I have see the model fly very well on a p120 but most seem to be flying on p-80 with plenty of power and would be a good choice for the model if it was not built as a turbine model for the start.
