if it has bushings on the con rod try a 15% nitro glow fuel mixed with 2 parts high octane gasoline and see how it runs
That drops the oil content to 6%[X(] The fule you are desctibing will have:
gas 67%
methanol 22%
oil 6%
nitro 5%
This doesn't look right for bushing rod.
