No, but they are very similar. The Falcon is a little longer, the Shark taller and heavier with larger rotor span. The batteries are different as are the motors and esc's. The Falcon's have gear driven tails, the Shark a belt. The Falcon 3-D SE is a cnc and carbon upgraded Falcon version. The frames are not upgraded from the standard Falcon as far as I know.
