Since you asked in the 3D forum, as others have stated, I don't think you really should want a "tuned pipe" for a 4 stroke.

The pattern guys use these kinds of pipes to make the motor quieter. They don't add any power and aren't lighter than a stock muffler which is pretty small to begin with.
