You don't need no stinkin cowl! LOL Why is it all the Easy Vee builders want to put a cowl on these things before they've even gotten it wet? If you think water is going to pour into the carb, make a spray shield and be done with it. It is a good looking boat without one. Just my $.02c, but it's your boat. Brian
