It is very possible - His site has repeatedly omitted items when he was sold out on them LiPo batteries, chargers, parts; whether he's manually doing it or it's automatic, I'm not sure (the upgrade tail motor GWS-CN12-RXC is still listed but if you add it to the cart, it says it's out of stock)...
