If you don't mind doing a little soldering, you could whip them up yourself.
MY LHS had both the male and female JST connectors.

Get some heat-shrink tubing, solder the black wires together (cover with heat-shrink), add the fuse holder (the crimps that billmay posted) across the red wires. Heat-shrink the exposed metal. Done!

Remember to slid the heat-shrink on the wires BEFORE you solder them together.
