Default Older QUADRA engine identification?

New to gas and picked this motor up on a sale. Removed the exaust and bore measured 1.57 so I'm thinking 41cc. It ha five mounting holes on the back with two of them set in about a inch. The motor case is in three pieces, the head and the bottom has a split back and front crank housing. There is a barb coming out of the crank housing bellow the carb that appears to be sodered shut The rear of the motor has two steps of threads on the crank. Carb has two barbs coming off it, not sure what second one is? And finally there is no ignition. Behind the flywheel there is a woodruff key in the shaft with a plate shaped like about 1/3 of a circle about 1/4 of a inch thick on the crack. Don't know what kind of ingition this plate fires if any. It has a slot cut into it on each side. There are I beleive two magnet on the flywheel, is this electronic ignition fired from the flywheel? Help!!!! (QUADRA WON'T ANSWER MY EMAILS!!!!!! Not to proud of them!) Motor appears to have a new head and piston in it so I think it't worth using

Also what is the best throttle setup for this motor? Bellcrank and small rod or what do most people use? Thanks
