First, I have been lurking for a few months on the forum and learning alot from the information posted. Thanks everyone for making such a good resource of information. Somethings you have to learn on your own. . . as stated below.

I have had problems with raidentech/xheli . First time was with Raidentech. I had ordered assuming the website was correct that they had then in stock. Well they sent an email 3 days later stated it would be 3 weeks and contact them if I wanted to cancel. I tried calling but it just keep ringing. I emailed them twice canceling the order asking for a conformation with no results. Three weeks later a Falcon 40 shows up on my door step. After I read their policy I see why they shipped it, they still charge you. Now a servo burnt out and I ordered from xheli. I know they are the same company but thought I would give them another try. GOT BIT TWICE by them! They sent some blades I ordered for my son. I had used 3 day shipping and paid 20 buck so I could get it early and when I called all they said they could do was sget me a servo! I asked about my extra shipping paid for the item that didn't arrive and the punk on the other end said "what do mean you got your shipment we can't help you there". I stood my ground that I wanted to compensated for the extra money I paid and did not receive my item I wanted. He acted like they did nothing wrong and preceded to tell me to just email [email protected]. What a crock.

BUYER BEWARE OF - Raidentech/xheli

Does anybody know where to get a stock servo that is reliable or compatible upgrade? Not from Raidentech or any of their affiliates.
