It sounds like you have a bottle of 30 minute resin mixed with a bottle of 15 minute hardener.

No matter the amount, I get 30 minutes almost to the second.

I prefer the Hobbico stuff, as the Great Planes Epoxy dries out VERY quickly once it's opened forming or looking like granuals.
