If it's bending when pressure is applied you have probably broken/cracked the main structure of the stabilizer (equivilent to a wing spar). Band-Aid fixes are at best temporary. Go ahead and order your next plane because this one will be crashing beyond repair soon.

You need to replace the stabilizer and do this right.

I disagree, there are ways (listed above) that you can fix the stab that it will actually be stronger than it ever was. And if you decide to add the wire brace kit after you fix it, it's almost impossible for it to break again from in flight stress.
