Eh, the first thing you should do is determine if there actually -IS- a problem with the controller itself or with communication to the computer.

Open the "Joystick" in the control panel and calibrate it.

Observe the behaviour of the sticks here.

If the points "stick" while moving around, then it may be a problem with the interlink.

Check it again by connecting it to another computer and see if you get similiar results.
