Guys - I've never ever done any 'glassing etc, but I thought for my new EZ* I would make a thin 'glass "Shoe" of the front canopy area to protect the foam. The Elapor foam is probably the best on the market and is easy to fix, but this area takes quite a few knocks (Landing, crashing etc). I want the shoe to be removeable if possible (in 2 halves?), I can make a Plaster Cast of the area but what sort of 'glass do I use? Weight is NOT a problem on these birds as long as its at the front. Any help would be good and I know there's a few experts out there. Cheers Big Ears.....
