Intersting I get Fwd/right/ and DOWN! IT takes a big dive down. It almost acts like my swash is out of, um, square? Because I get back/left/ and down. and left right also induce some forward/back. Am I royally screwed? is my hub to high/low ( CF shaft, no locator holes.) of is my swash just way off? It hovers, not hands off, but well.
