yes, Europeans ( Germans, French, Italians, not sure for British, though ) have the number notations reversed to the US habits. That is 10.000,00 in Europe is wrote 10,000.00 in the US. The comma is ALWAYS the decimal separator, and the dot, when use, is thousands seperator. ( and that is true for ALL kind of numbers, not only money )
