Thank you for the input, Joe. I am looking at this plane as a practice plane during lunch time, since the field near the office is a little small, it doesn't quite fit the 2M, but Angel S fits just fine. Since I have the charger and balancer up to 5 cell already, and the possibility to use the batteries in the 2M later, using the 5S packs seem logical. The only concern I had was the prop choice, but if 15x8 APCE is pulling 60ish amps to get 1KW, it seem to have some room to try out few different props.
