Default RE: Extreme composite Pro-Line

Hi

The tolerance of the sound/noise measurement is not 1% but is the specified tolerance of the manufacturer of the measuring instrument (could be 0% dependant on the manufacturer). It would appear having regard to the 2008 FAI rules that the 1% only applies to size, weight and voltage.

Of more concern is the fact that in terms of section 5.1.2 condition swithces and throttle curves that will prevent or limit max power or rpm during the sound/noise test is now not premitted and this could imply that the sound steward can take control of you tx and flick switches to look for these conditions. This should be an interesting one to enforce.
