I don't have a full drive system, so take that into account.

I do have the outer shaft and gear assembly. I found this to be way long and cut it down to my prefered stock +5mm size. I notice the at CF is about twice as thick as the cf tubing I get at my LHS. Assembly was a little bit of a pita as the tubing has no marking for where the lower head goes. It took a few tries to get it in the right place. First flight was limited as the tubing seemed to be rubbing on the innershaft. The motors got really hot. Second flight was better, and third was back to normal. I crashed on th 5th flight and go a really bad upper head wobble. I traced this to a bent outer shaft. How I bet the carbon fiber I don't know, but when I throttle up the outer shaft only you can see it wobble.
