Jack,

The batteries are:

ThunderPower High Performance series
4450 mA
22C Continuous
40C Max

or

MaxAmps
4000 mA
20C Continuous
30C Sustained
50C Max

Motor:
Extreme Flight 4014T-570
Resistance (Ri) 17.5m Ohm
Continuous current: 45A
Maximum current: 80A (20sec)
Maximum efficiency: 85%

These are all the parameters I can find, hope is enough to run MotoCalc.

Kevin
Kevin,

The most important data out of everything is the internal resistance of the LiPo's, that really determines if you've got a dog versus a hot setup. I've looked up the other TP's and some other newer packs and made a guess based on that data and here are the results. Pretty good if you ask me, you're going to get almost the same performance I get with 6S packs (you'll be pushing more amps though) with only 5S, not bad! I'll be curious what you think once you fly it, from what I see, the numbers look great...

(Make sure you use the "expand to actual size" button to read the results)
