Learned and soloed on an Avistar four years ago and still fly it. With a 46 up front it can do a lot in the way of basic aerobatics. Mine would do more if I moved the CG back a bit but I really enjoy it the the way it is now. I`m not, however, sure that it`s the best first trainer for everyone, particularly with a 46. It can be REAL quick!
