OK I have another question. I have the LP5DSM TX that came with my CX2, trying to be cheap do you think if I bought a AR6000 RX I could bind it with my TX and use it in the A-10? the guys at my LHS claim the TX has a two mile range (but I doubt it) but it still should be long enough range to fly the A-10. what do you think?
Maybe, maybe not. The CX2 as with any helicoptor couples the rudder with the throttle. Great for a helicopter but bad for an airplane.
Most helis do this mixing in the transmitter, some with 3in1 or 4in1 units like the CX2 do it in the receiver package. I don't know which way the CX2 handles this.
IF it is in the transmitter, unless you can find a way to dissable it, you won't be able to use it for airplanes.
