The four engines you mentioned in your post are all good and troublesome engines.

The BME will be the lightest, Zenoah will, be the heaviest.
Zenoah has a magneto ignition so you do not need a separate ignition module and battery.

The others all come with the module, you supply the battery, these are easier to hand start also...
