Do like we have said and lean out the low speed needle (the one in the center of the throttle arm). If you turn it all the way in and it wont go any further, but continues to rock send it in. I had the same problem, and thats what fixed it, and it sounds like your having the same thing happen. If you can't find the needle, or arent sure if its the right one or anything, don't be afraid to ask, all of us didn't know at one time or another. Let us know how it turns out.
