Default Max. Engine Size for Piper Cub .60

I plan to put an onboard glow system with its own battery, etc... on my Great Planes Piper Cub .60 kit. I want to put a Saito 100T opposing twin on the plane. Is this too much engine, or can I get by?

Also, how do you tune both cylinders with 2 needle valves. Do you just listen until both lean out to desired levels?

I am brand new to this as you can tell.

Thanks,
