Well I have to say, I fly planes, and I'm definately not butch.




We're having a fly in soon, and they're talking about inviting boyscouts, so I've been thinking about offering at the next meeting to go around to girlscout troops in my area to drum up some interest among the girls. At least I could offer the opportunity and see if they bite. Usually, at least when I was a girlscout, it was all about cooking beef stew, crafts, cookies, camp, and horses. Nothing whatsoever about engineering or mechanics. I quit before too long and envied the cool stuff my brother did in boyscouts like build foot bridges in national forests and do real rustic camping in the mountains, hiking and river rafting in the Apps.
