Just hooka clean fuel line to the ports and pump fuel through them while the regulator is off. A cmall can of compressed air with a small plastic tube on it can be used. Don't use anything metal as it can damage the port or break off inside the port. If compressed air or fuel flow freely...then you are in good shape. Also look at the plunger area and see if there is a piece of debris in there.
