Default RE: Skymaster F-4E phantom

Gentlemen,
I have attached pictures of how my exhaust nozzle looks like. I am still in doubt if this is ok. I have started and reved up the turbine a couple of times, when its back to idle, the under tail and stabs do get warm. you can still touch it. probably about 80-90degF. However I have not maidened this jet yet and dont know how hot it gets in flight or will it be cooler. I am wondering if all you guys can check this photo and compare to your plane and let me know if you think it is ok or I shouldnt maiden it. What would be the fix if needs be. I am thinkin of removing some of the Plywood flange in the bottom and drop the nozzle down abit.
Also notice from the picture, thats the max up stabilator I am getting. If it turns out not enough, what is the best way to increase the travel, remove material on tail or somebody has better suggestion?

thanks for the help,
Jason
