Twisted servo wires arry less EMIs to the receivers than flat ones. Ferrites are good against HF noise. Might be worth the test.
If you're worried about servo wires a better way to prevent EMI is to use shielded cables instead. The problem isn't EMI being carried to the receiver. The problem is the signal wire acting like an antenna and carrying EMI to the servo causing it to jitter and glitch. By shielding it, any stray signals are shunted to the receiver ground.
