Default RE: Why a difference in price?

ORIGINAL: rjsdad

Could someone explain this to me.... I understand that Exceed's 1/10 Buggy is the Redcat's Tornado BB which even share the same part number in the manuals. So why is it that when you decide to buy a part in Redcat you will pay more for it? I understand that they use better parts on certain items, but lets use the servo for an example, is the servo installed on the Tornado BB the same servo used on the Exceed 1/10 Buggy???? If so why would it costs more??
The servos are the same, the reason the redcat is a little more money is because of the motor, and the billow ball supension. I think the exceed compairs more to the tornado XP which uses a c-hub designed front end. This being said the tornado BB is a better vehicle than the exceed which is based on the lower grade tornado xp version. Hope this helps clear up some things for you.
