In summary;

Nassa's finds sharp trailing edges reduce drag. If anyone out there feels above Nassa level of research, good for you. If needed, inlay with 1/64 ply and sand to size. Option 1/16 pyl, a little stiffer and easier to work with. 3D machines, leave blunt trailing endes per recomendations of top pilots, designers and manufacturers, seal gaps to improve authority, also speed birds to help avoid flutter.
