Default RE: 35% Extra Build

ORIGINAL: Grotesquebass

yes after about an hour of scratching my head with a few cigarettes in between and cursing the plane for a coward lol j/k the light bulb came on i lengthened the hole and used some tygon and silicone as a buffer lemme know what u think. At first i didnt think 3" arms were cutting it but after a little engineering they work great. Please excuse the mess but i am sure u guys can relate on another note i gotta say i am not used to this big of a plane having only one tiny switch for the reciever this ar9100 sure is something also got my data logger in the mail today nifty little gadget if u ask me

I haven't followed this thread, so I'm not sure how you got to this point, but for me, I will never do another pull-pull on the rudder again unless it is absolutely necessary. On the last 2 airplanes I assembled (one being the Wildhare 33% Extra 260) and the other being a 35% Extra 260 of another brand, I used a single JR 8711 in the tail as a push-pull setup. This setup is extremely easy and affective. No more guessing on the wires.
